CleanSport Policies


  • We strive to deliver the best prices possible. Due to unexpected manufacturer price increases, prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be charged in states where applicable.


  • CleanSport accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is due when order is made. Net 30 Terms (Purchase Orders) are only available to Clean Sport customers with pre-established credit accounts.

    Credit Card Security

  • CleanSport takes advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security, protecting both shoppers and us while sensitive information is in transit over the Internet. Credit card numbers are then encrypted when stored on the server.

    Back Orders

  • CleanSport strives to ensure that all items are kept in stock. Unfortunately, sometimes manufactures can get backlogged which may delay shipments to us. All backorders will be shipped the same day that we receive them.

    Minimum Order

  • Our minimum order is $25.00 (before freight and applicable taxes). All orders not meeting this minimum will be charged a Small Order Processing Charge of $5.00.


  • All invoices will include shipping and handling. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Customer is responsible for any additional freight charges resulting from customer giving incorrect or incomplete address. If delivery is refused by customer, customer acknowledges that order will be treated as a return and be subject to all return fees and policies. Free local delivery available with minimum order. Must be delivered to a businesses with standard business hours from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday – Friday. Please check with CleanSport representative for information on local delivery areas and minimums.


  • All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Any warranty repairs or other warranty issues must be addressed to the manufacturer. Although CleanSport has taken every effort to ensure that equipment sold has a proven record of performance and reliability, CleanSport assumes no responsibility as to any warranty issues. Receipts of purchase are always required for all warranty repairs. (Please keep receipts in a safe place).


  • No merchandise is to be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization number from CleanSport. Any authorized return must be carefully packed and be in an unmarked, sellable condition to be accepted. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges.

    Damage Claims

  • All damage claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt by the customer with UPS. When reporting damage, be sure to hold onto all packing materials for inspection.
